Kawaki's Unique Otsutsuki Powers
Kawaki (Karma Progression), Jigen, and Isshiki all have access to the same Otsutsuki powers, but use them in unique ways.
For example, Sukunabikona is most well-known for allowing the user to hurl rods at their opponent from a distance, but it could also be used as a multidirectional attack by making rods appear from anywhere around the user.
Kawaki (Karma Progression)'s Ninjutsu "Sukunabikona: Bloom Profusion" and Jigen's Awakening Ninjutsu "Crazy Lacquer Bloom" both use the latter method, but Kawaki (Karma Progression) extrudes a second wave of rods after the first is fired, meaning the rods remain a threat much longer.
This can be used either to defend against projectile attacks or ward off enemies from getting in close, making Kawaki (Karma Progression) unique compared to the other characters.
