Part 5: Take Part in All Four Activities—Past Indoor "Wa" Crafting Events Revived!


Visitors who enter Shinobi-Zato can choose to take part in the following crafting events that have been popular in the past: incense sachet-making, hairpin-making, lantern-making, and incense-making!

Choose one of eight pouches with designs based on characters from the series. There are over 10 different scents that you can combine, so pick and mix scents to make your very own incense sachet with a unique fragrance!

Choose one out of the three designs and decorate them with beads and pearls to your liking! The hairpins' floral designs are based off of characters from Naruto, and they can pair well with your everyday style.

You can create a one-of-a-kind incense using a die-cut shape of your choosing combined with different scents, essential oils, and dyes here at Shinobi-Zato, which happens to be located in Awajishima—Japan's largest producer of incense. There are 10 die-cut shapes available, including the Hidden Leaf Village mark, the Uchiha clan crest, and the mark of the Akatsuki, all of which can only be found at NARUTO & BORUTO Shinobi-Zato. This fun event is a combination of Naruto, Awajishima, and incense!

Kids can make simple teru teru bozu dolls at the Shinobi-Zato Workshop during the months of May and June to shoo away the rainy days!
Visitors can hang the dolls they crafted around the Shinobi-Zato. And on days where there's a 50% chance or more of rain, we'll post a picture of the dolls on Shinobi-Zato's official social media in hopes of bringing back sunshine.
