Gaara (Young Ver.) is coming as a new character!
A ninja from the Hidden Sand, he became the Jinchuriki of the One Tail, Shukaku, at birth. When Gaara's emotions rage out of control, Shukaku awakens, transforming them into one enormous beast. Ninjutsu 1 - Sand Tsunami
This Ninjutsu creates a wave of sand that attacks enemies over a wide range.
The sand can be freely controlled, causing damage to any enemies it hits. Moving the sand will leave a debuffing effect in the areas it passes over. Additional input will allow you to attack enemies who are over those debuff zones, knocking them back!
Not only is it a hard-hitting area attack, but through the debuff zones and their follow-up attacks, it provides powerful area denial that will cause havoc for the enemy!
It really shows its strength in chaotic melees or around important locations such as bases!

Furthermore, while preparing to lock on (in the green lock-on mode) the hands will target multiple enemies, but when locked on to a single enemy, they will all converge on your target.

We have shortened the length of time between when a character lands after falling and when they can guard or attack (especially for longer drops). Hopefully this will reduce the stress caused by the post-landing stun interrupting your guard or preventing you from placing ground-targeting Ninjutsu in the position you intended.
・Adjustments to Recovery Ninjutsu and Ninja Tools
The Cellular Extraction Jutsu and Mind Transmission Palm Sage Jutsu recovery Ninjutsu and the Ninja Tool Healing Seal - Type 2 have very low risk to use but high recovery power, meaning that other Recovery Ninjutsu and Ninja Tools are less worth using in comparison. In order to promote the usage of other recovery Ninjutsu and Ninja Tools, we have adjusted their power down to a level we feel is appropriate for the risks they carry.
In addition, the Ninjutsu Palm Sage Jutsu and Green Rain Ground Hold, which have comparatively high risks, will have their recovery power adjusted upwards to match. We hope this will encourage players to use a wider variety of recovery techniques.
Since this adjustment is likely to be quite impactful, we'll continue to monitor its effects and the usage of heal types and recovery Ninjutsu and Ninja Tools, making additional changes as needed in the future.

One Ninjutsu that has received a significant boost is Kamui Climax. Though it previously had a strong defensive utility, it was difficult to combine with other Ninjutsu, making it hard to justify choosing. In order to make it more easily combinable with Ninja Tools or other Ninjutsu, using Kamui Climax will now completely replenish the user's Ninja Tool count. It will now be possible to use Kamui Climax in a similar way to how Obito did in the original story when he pulled an endless barrage of Ninja Tools through spacetime to attack, and you will also be able to defend against incoming attacks by passing through them. There are a lot of potential combinations, like using it with Blast Bombs for long-ranged attacks, or taking Super Tough Medicine and continually reapplying its buff effects.
